Throughout the week, AACF hosts a variety of organized events and informal, spontaneous gatherings that are designed to cater to specific needs of the body. Whether you find yourself attending a Bible Study, Prayer Meeting, Game Night, or Outreach event, we hope that these activities fulfill their purposes in delivering a true and personal knowledge of God that will overflow into your daily living.

LARGE GROUP

​The Large Group ministry seeks to enhance the spiritual growth of the entire AACF community through devotionals, workshops, testimony-sharing, accountability, fellowship activities, discussions, corporate worship, and the exposition of God’s Word by pastors.

The vision of Men’s ministry is to form a community for the men of AACF to connect, have fun, and grow in a desire to build real Christ-centered brotherly relationships. We aim to have a hunger in our personal relationships with God and to walk alongside one another to grow closer to Him.

The vision of Underclassmen’s ministry is to show the love of Christ to 1st and 2nd years as they navigate their independent walks with God. This will be a safe space to grow in biblical Christian foundations and to share about their journeys towards their identities in Christ.

​The vision of Women’s ministry is to build Christ-centered relationships with fellow sisters by sharing on various topics. By doing this, we hope to invite women into a vulnerable space, be empowered, and learn from each other. This is meant to be the foundation of something we can take forward even outside of AACF/college.
TRANSFERS & NEWCOMERS
Led by Ryan Chang & Claudia Wong
The vision of the Transfers & Newcomers ministry is to create a safe, comfortable, Christ-centered environment for new attendees who are starting to accustom themselves with the fellowship. In order to facilitate integration into the greater fellowship, the ministry will provide opportunities for newcomers and old members alike to connect with each other in the shared pursuit of God.

​DATE WITH JESUS

The vision of AACF UCSB’s Date with Jesus ministry is to encourage members to “just look at Jesus” in our everyday life by building a foundation in a safe and comfortable space, and to see Jesus as the prime example in our lives as we face challenges, rather than being influenced by what the world would tell us. This vertical connection with God flows into our horizontal connections with fellow believers.
